Labor Mediation
Working with unions and management, Labor Dispute Resolution Services mediates resolutions to labor disputes.
Our Unique Approach To Resolving Labor Disputes
Four retired labor attorneys created Labor Dispute Resolution Services with a different approach to providing traditional and evaluative mediation services in a broad range of labor/management settings.
Unlike traditional mediation, two mediators, one with extensive experience representing unions, the other with extensive experience representing employers, work as a team with both parties to mediate their dispute. Having a balanced team of mediators will increase the likelihood of finding solutions to seemingly intractable problems.
